Your safety has always been paramount to us. Concourse Dental Group is open and fully equipped with all necessary protective equipment so that we can keep you as safe as possible for your next visit.
We provide all dental services in accordance with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
Our infection prevention policies and procedures have always met or exceeded the profession’s standards.

APPOINTMENTS
Everyone will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 at the time appointments are made, when the appointment is confirmed, and on the day of the appointment. Patient visits will be spaced to permit thorough cleaning of the operatory room and equipment before your appointment begins.
SCREENING UPON ARRIVAL
Everyone, including each team member, will be screened prior to entering the clinic. This will include completion of a questionnaire and measurement of your temperature. We might not be able to see patients who screen positive or who have an elevated temperature. We will also ask you to sanitize your hands and to put on your mask. Please bring your own mask.

We wear full protective gear including N95 masks, face shields, and gowns.
Cleanliness and sterilization have been critically important to us since we opened over thirty years ago. As before our office will be one of the cleanest environments you will encounter.
Common areas and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected multiple times throughout the day.

distancing
General social distancing is enforced in the office. We will limit the number of patients in the office at any one time. Patients will be guided through the office in a way that prevents close contact with others.
air purification system
Each treatment room has a Surgically Clean Air Jade Purifier. This is an advanced medical-grade air filtration system with several filters including HEPA-Rx and Activated Carbon filters to help keep our patients and staff safe.

enclosed treatment rooms
There are barriers at the entrance of each treatment room to help prevent the aerosol spread of germs.
