Insurance and Payment Policies
Concourse Dental Group is a non-assignment dental office, meaning that payment is due at the time of service. We offer several options for payment: Visa, MasterCard, debit, and cash.
If you have insurance we will submit your claim to your insurance company for you. The insurance company will either mail your reimbursement to you or deposit it into your bank account, depending on the arrangement you have with them. They usually do this within a few days.
Please remember that dental insurance plans are a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. Different insurance companies have different plans for different employers. Insurance companies cannot notify us of changes to your policy due to privacy laws. We do our best to understand the details of your coverage, including any limitations, and to inform you accordingly but please inform us if there has been a chance to your insurance.
